Valuation Associate

About the role

We are seeking motivated Civil Engineering graduates to join our property valuation team. As a Valuation Associate you will support field engineers, prepare valuation reports and ensure high‑quality deliverables for leading banks and financial institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in conducting inspections of residential, commercial, industrial and land properties.
• Take accurate site measurements, capture photographs and collect field data.
• Prepare property valuation reports using collected data and supporting documents.
• Review site measurements, perform area calculations and assist with value assessments.
• Verify market information, coordinate with field engineers and internal technical teams.
• Ensure reports are accurate, of high quality and delivered within stipulated timelines.

Required profile

• B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Open to freshers as well as experienced candidates.
• Basic knowledge of building measurements and AutoCAD.
• Good analytical, observation and communication abilities.
• Ability to work accurately within defined timelines.
• Own two‑wheeler with a valid driving licence for field assignments.
• Willingness to travel for property inspections.
