Utility Operator – HVAC & Plant Maintenance

About the role
The Utility Operator will be responsible for the reliable operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of key plant equipment at our Bavla facility. You will work closely with the engineering and production teams to ensure continuous, safe, and compliant plant performance.
Key responsibilities
- Operate, maintain and troubleshoot cooling towers, air compressors, nitrogen systems, chilling plants and brine plants.
- Ensure compliance with basic GMP requirements and maintain accurate documentation.
- Apply safety work practices, manage work permits and handle personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly.
Required profile
- Familiarity with operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of the listed plant equipment.
- Knowledge of basic GMP principles and documentation procedures.
- Understanding of safety work practices, work‑permit systems and PPE handling.
