About the role
Lazarus Motor Company is seeking a motivated Used Car Sales Executive to join our dealership team. The role starts as soon as possible and focuses on driving sales of pre‑owned vehicles while delivering excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Sell used vehicles to achieve maximum gross profit.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Coordinate and ensure proper reconditioning of vehicles before sale.
- Maintain customer value proposition (CVP) and promote repeat business.
Required profile
- Bilingual in English and Afrikaans.
- Minimum 4 years experience in vehicle sales with a proven record of selling at least 7 units per month.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Team‑player with strong communication abilities.
Required skills
- Good computer skills.
