About the role
Lazarus Motor Company is seeking a motivated Used Car Sales Executive to drive sales of Honda vehicles. The role starts immediately and involves working in a fast‑paced showroom environment, engaging customers and meeting sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Sell new and used Honda vehicles while maximising gross profit.
- Follow up on leads generated by the dealership and convert them into sales.
- Maintain customer value propositions and ensure high retention rates.
- Conduct cold‑calling and prospecting activities to generate new business.
- Keep the showroom tidy and support daily workshop duties.
Required profile
- Bilingual in English and Afrikaans.
- At least 3 years of experience in new or used car sales, achieving a minimum of 6 units per month.
- Target‑driven, able to work well under pressure.
- Strong communication abilities.
Required skills
- Computer skills.
