US Recruiter (Night Shift) – Tech Talent Sourcing

About the role

We are seeking a motivated US Recruiter to work onsite in Ahmedabad on night‑shift hours aligned with US business time. The role focuses on sourcing and managing top technology talent for our US‑based clients.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards and other platforms for a variety of technical and non‑technical roles.
• Maintain and update candidate records in Microsoft Office tools and an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from resume screening and interviews to scheduling and offer roll‑outs.
• Collaborate with US hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure alignment.
• Provide a transparent and positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Required profile

• 1 to 5 years of experience recruiting for US‑based positions.
• Experience hiring for AI, software development, cloud computing, engineering, networking, technical, admin, customer service and data entry roles.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, ATS and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and willingness to work night‑shift hours.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and eager to learn.
