US Recruiter (Night Shift) – Ahmedabad

About the role

We are seeking a motivated US Recruiter to work night‑shift hours from our Ahmedabad office. The role focuses on sourcing and managing top technology talent for US‑based clients, handling the full recruitment cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards and other platforms for roles such as AI, software development, cloud computing, engineering, networking, and more.
• Maintain and update candidate records in Microsoft Office and an Applicant Tracking System.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: screen resumes, conduct interviews, schedule assessments and roll out offers.
• Collaborate with US hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure alignment.
• Provide a transparent and positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Required profile

• 1‑5 years of experience recruiting for US clients.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work night‑shift hours (US business hours).
• Proactive, self‑motivated and eager to learn.

Required skills

• LinkedIn and other job portal sourcing.
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System.
• Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
