About the role

ABD Talent is seeking an enthusiastic US Recruiter to join its Ahmedabad office on a night‑shift schedule. This full‑time, onsite role focuses on sourcing and managing candidates for US‑based clients, offering a solid entry point into international talent acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial assessments and engage candidates via calls, emails and LinkedIn.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and build pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Learn and apply US recruitment processes and best practices.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to meet hiring targets.

Required profile

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of recruitment or related experience.
• Degree in any discipline (MBA HR, BBA or other) is welcomed.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Immediate availability or ability to join within 15 days.
