US Legal Case Manager (Onsite – Mohali)

About the role

DNA Growth is expanding its Legal Process Outsourcing practice and seeks a US Legal Case Manager to support personal injury law firms from its Mohali office. The role involves managing cases throughout their lifecycle while serving as the primary liaison for US‑based clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned personal injury cases from intake to resolution.
• Serve as the main point of contact for US clients, handling intake, follow‑ups, and regular updates.
• Collect, organize, and maintain case documentation and ensure accurate entry into legal case management software.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and clients to obtain necessary records.
• Track deadlines, reminders, and pending tasks, escalating legal matters to supervising attorneys when required.
• Assist in preparing settlement and demand documents while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (law graduates preferred).
• Experience in LPO, case management, customer service, insurance, or healthcare operations.
• Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral American or British accent.
• Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously and work US business hours (6 pm–3 am IST).

Required skills

• Proficiency with legal case management platforms such as Clio, My Case, Filevine, Litify, Needles, Practice Panther, or Smokeball.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
