About the role

We are seeking a US IT Recruiter to join our Hyderabad office on a full‑time, on‑site basis. You will source, screen, and shortlist candidates for a variety of IT positions across the United States, ensuring a smooth hiring process from interview to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

Review job requirements and post openings on relevant platforms.
Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate fit for US‑based IT roles.
Coordinate with hiring managers and maintain candidate pipelines.
Negotiate offers and facilitate onboarding.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and build strong relationships with candidates and clients.

Required profile

Strong experience in IT recruitment for US roles.
Familiarity with US hiring practices, job boards, social media recruiting, and applicant tracking systems.
Knowledge of core IT domains and technologies to evaluate candidate profiles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or related field preferred.
