US IT Recruiter (Night Shift)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our Gurugram office on a night‑shift schedule aligned with US business hours. You will support US‑based IT staffing needs, sourcing and placing qualified professionals for a variety of technology roles.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse US IT job requirements and client specifications to create accurate candidate profiles.
• Source qualified candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals and other channels.
• Screen candidates for technical skills, experience, communication ability, location, work authorization and overall fit.
• Conduct initial conversations, assess profiles against job requirements and submit suitable candidates to clients.
• Coordinate interview schedules, maintain regular follow‑ups with candidates and clients, and manage the end‑to‑end hiring cycle.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines for current and future openings while meeting submission and hiring targets.
• Keep candidate information up‑to‑date in ATS/CRM systems and stay informed on US IT hiring trends.

Required profile

• 1–5 years of hands‑on experience recruiting for US‑based IT positions.
• Strong understanding of US recruitment processes, job portals and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to interpret technical job descriptions and identify relevant candidate profiles.
• Comfortable working night shifts (7:30 PM – 5:00 AM IST) to align with US business hours.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Residency within commuting distance to Gurugram, Haryana.
