US IT Recruiter – Night Shift (Bangalore)

About the role
We are looking for a US‑focused IT Recruiter to join our Bangalore team on a night‑shift schedule. The recruiter will support US‑based hiring managers by sourcing, screening and presenting qualified IT talent for a variety of technology roles.
Key responsibilities
- Post job openings on major job boards such as Dice, Monster, Career Builder and LinkedIn.
- Source candidates using Boolean search strings and other recruiting tools.
- Conduct screening interviews to assess skills, experience, compensation expectations and willingness to travel or relocate.
- Coordinate with US teams to understand hiring needs and provide regular status updates.
- Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in US or IT staffing.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work night shifts covering EST, CST, MST and PST time zones.
- Proactive attitude and ability to handle high‑volume recruitment.
Required skills
- Boolean search techniques for candidate sourcing.
