About the role
We are looking for a dedicated US IT / NON IT Recruiter to join our team in Thane. The role operates on a night shift (6 PM‑3:30 AM, Monday‑Friday) and involves full‑cycle recruitment for both technical and non‑technical positions.
Key responsibilities
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for US‑based IT and non‑IT roles.
- Schedule and coordinate interview panels with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and support end‑to‑end hiring processes.
- Assist with employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Required profile
- Graduate from any discipline.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Passion for recruitment and people interaction.
- Previous experience in recruitment (IT or non‑IT) is mandatory.
Required skills
- Basic proficiency in MS Office.
