Upwork Bidder – Remote Lead Generation Specialist

About the role

Graphinix Social is seeking a results‑driven Upwork Bidder to join its growing digital agency. You will be responsible for finding, pitching, and securing high‑quality projects on Upwork and other freelance platforms, helping the company expand its international client base.

Key responsibilities

• Search for relevant projects on Upwork daily and identify high‑conversion opportunities.
• Write personalized, compelling proposals that align with client requirements.
• Communicate professionally with potential clients and follow up on leads.
• Maintain accurate records of proposals, responses, and project status.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are understood and met.
• Generate qualified leads through Fiverr, LinkedIn outreach, and other platforms.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Upwork bidding and lead generation.
• Strong written English communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and able to work independently.
• Understanding of web design, Shopify, WordPress, graphic design, or digital marketing services.
