UKG Pro Consultant – French HR & Payroll Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a skilled UKG Pro Consultant to lead implementation, configuration, and support of UKG Pro modules for French‑based clients. The role combines deep technical knowledge of the UKG suite with strong expertise in French HR, payroll, and labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, configure and support UKG Pro Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management and Workforce Management modules for France‑focused projects.
• Gather business requirements from French stakeholders and translate them into functional UKG Pro solutions.
• Ensure compliance with French labor laws, payroll regulations and statutory reporting requirements.
• Develop, maintain and test integrations, interfaces and data‑migration activities.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot system issues and assist with payroll processing and employee lifecycle management.
• Prepare functional specifications, test scripts and user documentation; conduct UAT sessions and end‑user training.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on experience implementing and supporting UKG Pro.
• Demonstrated experience on France/EMEA HR & payroll projects and strong knowledge of French payroll processes and labor regulations.
• Fluent in French (B2/C1 level) and proficient in English.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in a multicultural environment.
