UI/UX Trainer & Mentor (Full-Time, Indore)

About the role

Engineer Sahab Education is seeking an experienced UI/UX Trainer/Mentor to deliver industry‑focused design education to students in Indore. The role involves classroom instruction, hands‑on workshops, and mentorship to help learners build professional portfolios and case studies.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct engaging classroom sessions covering UI Design, UX Design, Design Thinking, User Research, Wireframing, Prototyping, Information Architecture, and Usability Principles.
• Teach and demonstrate industry‑standard tools, primarily Figma, and guide students in using additional relevant design software.
• Design and lead practical workshops, assignments, and real‑world project work.
• Mentor students on portfolio creation, case‑study development, and provide constructive feedback on their work.
• Stay current with emerging UI/UX trends, AI‑powered design tools, and best practices.
• Collaborate with the academic team to continuously improve course content and learning outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities, capable of simplifying complex concepts.
• Prior experience in EdTech, training, or mentorship is a plus.
• Robust portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects.
