UI/UX Designer Associate

About the role

We are looking for a creative UI/UX Designer Associate to design intuitive web and mobile applications for Bosch’s global software products. The role blends visual design, user‑experience thinking and accessibility to deliver brand‑consistent digital experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design responsive, user‑centric interfaces for web and mobile platforms, ensuring cross‑device consistency.
• Conduct user research, interviews and usability testing to gather insights and validate designs.
• Collaborate with UX researchers, developers and product managers to create wireframes, prototypes and high‑fidelity mockups.
• Translate user journeys, personas and use cases into clear UI flows and layouts.
• Maintain brand consistency by following design systems, style guides and contributing new components.
• Create and manage UI assets, design libraries and reusable components for scalable use.
• Apply accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive best practices throughout the design process.
• Prepare detailed design specifications, UI kits and hand‑off files (Figma, Zeplin, Adobe XD) for development teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Interaction Design, HCI or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience designing UI/UX for web and/or mobile applications.
• Proven ability to conduct user research, lead interviews and facilitate usability testing.
• Strong understanding of accessibility, usability heuristics and design systems.
