Trip Captain (Female)

About the role

The Trip Captain (Female) will lead and coordinate group travel experiences for XploreNsee’s leisure and corporate clients in Kanpur. Working full‑time on‑site, you will welcome guests, manage daily itineraries, arrange local transport and activities, and act as the primary point of contact throughout each journey.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and orient travelers upon arrival and throughout the trip.
• Develop and monitor daily schedules, ensuring timely execution of all planned activities.
• Coordinate local transportation, accommodation, guided tours and other services with partners and vendors.
• Handle basic trip documentation, collect feedback and resolve on‑site issues promptly.
• Maintain safety standards and address unexpected situations to ensure traveler comfort.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to guide diverse groups.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills for managing itineraries and logistics.
• Problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities to handle unforeseen challenges.
• Customer‑service orientation with a focus on building positive relationships.
• Prior experience in travel operations, tourism, hospitality or event management is advantageous.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and irregular hours.

Required skills

• Proficiency in English and Hindi.
• Basic digital literacy, including use of smartphones and common office tools.
