Travel Trainer – Delhi, Jalandhar & Ludhiana

About the role

We are seeking a Travel Trainer to deliver comprehensive training to staff across our offices in Delhi, Jalandhar and Ludhiana. The role focuses on enhancing knowledge of travel agency operations, airline ticketing, and related industry procedures.

Key responsibilities

Required profile

• Experience in a reputable travel agency or airline ticketing office, demonstrating familiarity with day‑to‑day operational processes.
• Relevant travel training experience, indicating the ability to convey complex industry concepts to learners.

Required skills

• Proficiency with any Global Distribution System (GDS) such as Galileo, Amadeus or Sabre.
• Understanding of airport ground handling procedures, including passenger and baggage processing.
• Familiarity with basic travel terminology and travel geography to support accurate instruction.
• Knowledge of foreign currency exchange procedures for handling international transactions.
• Experience with cargo handling processes within the travel and airline sectors.
• Awareness of various organizations related to the travel industry, enabling comprehensive training coverage.
