Travel Sales Executive – Goa

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Travel Sales Executive to promote our customised tour packages, acquire new clients and ensure a seamless booking experience for travellers across Goa and India.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and respond to travel enquiries from Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Google Ads and website leads.
• Create tailored travel itineraries based on client preferences.
• Conduct client calls, consultations and regular follow‑ups.
• Explain itineraries, destinations, packages and trip details clearly.
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings, collect payments and issue vouchers.
• Provide support before and during trips, resolving any issues.
• Gather client feedback, reviews and testimonials after travel.
• Re‑engage previous customers with new offers and promotions.
• Maintain long‑term relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Update CRM records, lead status and customer databases.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• 1–3 years of experience in travel sales, tourism or customer service.
• Current residence in Goa.
• Strong sales, customer service and relationship‑building abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software for lead management and follow‑ups.
• Advanced use of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Effective email communication.
• Experience handling digital leads from Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Google Ads.
