Travel Sales Consultant

About the role

Culture Holidays is seeking a motivated Travel Sales Consultant to promote and sell customized international holiday packages. You will work directly with clients to understand their travel aspirations and deliver tailored itineraries that meet their budget and preferences.

Key responsibilities

• Sell customized international holiday packages and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Manage leads, respond to inquiries, conduct follow‑ups, and nurture client relationships.
• Design personalized itineraries based on customer requirements and budget constraints.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, transfer services, and activity providers to secure bookings.
• Stay informed about global destinations, emerging travel trends, and competitor offerings.
• Maintain accurate sales reports and update CRM records regularly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in outbound tour sales, preferably within the travel industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Comfortable working in a target‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using CRM tools for lead and client management.
