Travel Package Manager

About the role

The Travel Package Manager is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Rajkot. You will be responsible for planning, developing and managing customized travel packages for individual and corporate clients, ensuring seamless travel experiences from quotation to post‑trip follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with domestic and international suppliers, negotiate rates and secure services.
• Prepare detailed itineraries, accurate quotations and handle bookings, amendments and cancellations.
• Coordinate with hotels, airlines and local partners to guarantee smooth ground handling and travel logistics.
• Oversee documentation, visa information and ensure compliance with travel regulations.
• Monitor package profitability, resolve service issues promptly and maintain strong partner relationships.
• Stay updated on destination trends and contribute ideas for new products and promotional offers.

Required profile

• Strong travel planning and itinerary design skills with experience in customized packages.
• Proficiency in supplier coordination, rate negotiation and vendor relationship management.
• Excellent client service, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Solid organizational, time‑management and multitasking capabilities.
• Attention to detail in documentation, pricing and reservation management.
• Ability to work on‑site in Rajkot and collaborate within a team.
• Prior experience in travel and tourism, tour operations or package management; diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism preferred.
