Travel Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Travel Executive to manage end‑to‑end corporate travel operations for our Nashik office. The role ensures smooth booking, visa processing, vendor coordination and cost optimisation while delivering a high‑quality travel experience for employees.

Key responsibilities

• Manage travel bookings (flights, hotels, ground transport) for domestic and international trips, handling changes, cancellations and rescheduling.
• Oversee business visa applications across regions (Schengen, UK, US, APAC), ensuring compliance with embassy and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with travel agencies, airlines, hotels and visa service providers, negotiate corporate rates and monitor vendor performance.
• Enforce RIB Travel Policy, maintain auditable records and stay updated on travel advisories and immigration rules.
• Track travel expenses, produce monthly MIS reports, analyse cost‑saving opportunities and support finance with invoice validation.
• Serve as the single point of contact for employee travel queries, providing assistance during disruptions or emergencies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Hospitality, Business Administration or related field.
• 3‑6 years of experience in corporate travel operations or travel agency management.
• Strong knowledge of visa processes and international travel regulations.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management across internal teams and external vendors.

Required skills

• Proficiency in travel booking tools and airline reservation systems.
• Familiarity with visa application platforms and compliance documentation.
• Ability to analyse travel data and generate cost‑control reports.
