Travel Consultant

About the role

Massive Holiday is seeking a full‑time Travel Consultant to join its Ahmedabad office. The consultant will guide clients through domestic and international travel options, designing personalized itineraries that match their preferences and budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Advise customers on travel packages, including group, honeymoon, adventure and cultural tours.
• Create customized itineraries and manage end‑to‑end bookings for flights, hotels, and tours.
• Maintain accurate reservation records and coordinate with airlines, hotels and local suppliers.
• Monitor travel regulations, promotions and destination updates to provide informed recommendations.
• Deliver proactive customer service, handling inquiries and resolving issues before and during travel.

Required profile

• Strong background in travel consulting, travel management and reservation handling.
• Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills.
• High attention to detail, organizational ability and capacity to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
• Basic computer literacy; prior experience in the travel or hospitality sector is advantageous.
• Relevant diploma or degree in travel, tourism or hospitality is a plus.
