About the role

Palecha Trade Services Private Limited is seeking a proactive Travel Consultant to join its travel division in Jaipur. You will guide clients through domestic and international travel options, designing personalized itineraries that align with their preferences and budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on travel destinations, visa requirements, and current travel trends.
• Create customized itineraries and manage end‑to‑end bookings, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
• Maintain accurate reservation records and confirm all travel arrangements.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support before, during, and after travel.
• Collaborate with airline, hotel, and tour partners to secure optimal rates and services.

Required profile

• Experience in a travel agency, tour operator, or corporate travel environment.
• Strong communication skills in English and local languages.
• Attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced setting.
• Diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with GDS systems.
• Experience using travel booking platforms.
• Competence in basic office software.
