Travel Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Travel Consultant to join our team and help customers plan memorable domestic and international trips. You will be the main point of contact for inquiries, creating customised tour packages and ensuring a smooth booking experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email and walk‑ins.
• Design and customise domestic and international tour packages.
• Prepare detailed itineraries, quotations and package proposals.
• Assist customers with bookings and provide travel‑related information.
• Maintain a high level of service to guarantee a pleasant booking experience.

Required profile

• 1–4 years of experience in a travel agency or tour operating company.
• Experience handling both domestic and international tour packages.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Familiarity with travel booking systems.
