Travel Consultant – Immediate Hiring

About the role

Comfort Journey is seeking enthusiastic Travel Consultants to join its Bhopal office. You will help customers design memorable domestic and international holidays while delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in planning and booking travel itineraries.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable travel packages.
• Prepare quotations, itineraries, and booking confirmations.
• Handle inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk‑in customers.
• Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and other travel partners.
• Provide pre‑ and post‑booking support and nurture long‑term relationships.
• Achieve sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in travel, sales, customer service, or hospitality.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Passion for travel and helping customers.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
