Travel Agent – Schedule Change

About the role

Etraveli Group is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Mumbai team as Travel Agents focused on schedule change reservations. You will handle a high volume of flight modifications, ensuring customers receive timely and accurate options.

Key responsibilities

• Process a minimum of 40 PNRs per day related to schedule changes.
• Handle inbound calls and chat inquiries from customers seeking flight re‑bookings.
• Monitor all schedule‑change queues and liaise with airlines for alternate flight options.
• Follow up with customers to present available re‑booking choices and confirm changes.
• Manage misconnection scenarios and secure confirmations from airlines.
• Adapt to new situations, multitask, and support shift rotations, including night shifts.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service environment.
• Knowledge of the travel industry is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to learn independently and take initiative.
