About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Travel Agent to join our Treasure Destination team in Sahakar Nagar. In this on‑site position you will help customers plan and book unforgettable holidays, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable travel experience. You will work closely with our partners, including MakeMyTrip, to deliver unbeatable value and exclusive deals.

Key responsibilities

• Handle reservations and travel arrangements for a variety of holiday packages.
• Provide excellent customer service, answering inquiries and offering travel advice.
• Promote and sell travel packages, including car rentals, to meet sales targets.
• Coordinate with suppliers and partners to secure bookings.
• Stay updated on travel industry trends, destinations, and exclusive deals.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure attention to detail in all bookings.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment and multitask.
• Detail‑oriented and highly organized.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
