Transportation Specialist – Amazon Shipping

About the role
The Transportation Specialist serves as the primary liaison between Amazon, sellers, and delivery partners. In this role you will identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and suggest process improvements to ensure smooth shipping operations.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate clearly and professionally with sellers and delivery partners at all times.
- Provide prompt, efficient service and support to Amazon sellers and delivery partners.
- Manage sensitive cases by following the escalation matrix.
- Maintain or exceed targeted performance metrics.
- Analyze trends and propose logical solutions for process enhancements.
Required profile
- Graduation (bachelor’s degree) required.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (preferred).
