About the role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Transportation Operations Manager to lead our daily transport activities. You will ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality employee transportation while overseeing fleet performance and vendor relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end transportation operations and fleet activities.
• Coordinate with transport vendors, monitor service level agreements, and resolve escalations promptly.
• Plan routes and optimize vehicle utilization to improve operational efficiency.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance, documentation, insurance, and statutory compliance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the transport team to achieve operational excellence.

Required profile

• 4 to 8 years of experience in transport or logistics management.
• Proactive attitude with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance.
• Leadership experience in guiding a transport team.
