Transport Executive (Contract) – Thane

About the role

We are seeking a Transport Executive on a contract basis to oversee employee transportation operations at our Thane location. The role involves managing daily logistics, ensuring timely and cost‑effective movement of staff, and maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily transport operations for employees and staff.
• Plan and optimise routes to achieve cost efficiency and punctual service.
• Manage transport vendors, drivers, and vehicle schedules.
• Monitor vehicle movement, trip status, and service quality.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and transport safety regulations.
• Maintain transport records, MIS reports, attendance, and trip data.
• Resolve transport‑related issues, delays, and employee concerns.
• Coordinate emergency transportation arrangements when required.
• Monitor fuel usage, vehicle maintenance schedules, and operational costs.
• Support implementation of cost‑saving transport solutions and process improvements.

Required profile

• Graduate or undergraduate degree.
• Prior experience in managing employee transportation.
• Local candidates only.
• Willingness to work 24×7 rotational shifts.
