Transformation Lead – Technology Strategy & Operations Office

About the role

The Transformation Lead will drive enterprise‑wide technology strategy and oversee large‑scale transformation programmes for Chubb’s Technology Strategy & Operations Office in Bangalore. Reporting to senior leadership, the role translates business objectives into actionable technology roadmaps and ensures delivery of high‑impact outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and articulate an enterprise‑wide technology strategy aligned with business goals, market trends and competitive positioning.
• Lead and program‑manage comprehensive technology transformation initiatives across infrastructure, applications, data and digital capabilities.
• Partner with C‑suite executives and business leaders to identify technology‑enabled opportunities and create actionable roadmaps.
• Conduct technology portfolio assessments, capability gap analyses and total cost of ownership evaluations to optimise investments.
• Drive digital innovation initiatives including cloud adoption, AI, automation and emerging technology evaluation.
• Define and execute modernization strategies for legacy systems, application rationalisation and architectural evolution.
• Provide visibility and reporting to senior leadership on programme progress and outcomes.

Required profile

• Senior member of a technology strategy function with proven experience in enterprise transformation.
• Demonstrated ability to work closely with C‑suite and senior business leaders.
• Strong program‑management background handling large, high‑stakes transformation programmes.
• Experience in assessing technology portfolios and performing cost‑benefit analyses.
• Ability to translate business strategy into detailed technology roadmaps.
