Training Specialist – Last Mile Training

About the role

Amazon’s Last Mile learning team is looking for a Training Specialist to design, deliver, and monitor training programs that boost employee competencies across the last‑mile operations vertical in Karnataka. The role supports new‑hire onboarding, continuous learning, and performance improvement while aligning with Amazon’s core values.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise structured learning metrics and track results for the assigned territory and region.
• Manage live performance metrics end‑to‑end and conduct learning sessions on new processes and BQM through ITL or digital platforms.
• Deliver a variety of continuous‑learning courses and ensure timely completion of new‑hire training, coaching, and performance‑improvement programs.
• Maintain data analysis and reporting in Excel to meet business requirements.
• Partner with operations leaders to audit stations, verify process compliance, and close gaps immediately.
• Identify, certify, and develop learning coaches.
• Lead individual improvement projects that enhance overall business performance.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Experience delivering training or informational sessions to associates and team‑lead level employees.
