Training Specialist – Last Mile Operations

About the role

Amazon’s Last Mile learning team is looking for a proactive Training Specialist to design, deliver, and monitor training programs that boost employee performance across AMZL and EDSP stations. This on‑site role focuses on identifying knowledge gaps, supporting business goals, and ensuring consistent learning experiences for the workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and fill knowledge gaps to meet business objectives.
• Recommend and implement training interventions for mapped stations.
• Track station performance metrics and schedule proactive training sessions.
• Supervise structured learning metrics and oversee results for assigned territories.
• Deliver live and digital learning sessions, including new‑process and BQM training.
• Maintain performance data and generate analytical reports in Excel.
• Ensure timely completion of new‑hire training, coaching, and performance‑improvement programs.
• Partner with operations leaders to audit stations, verify process compliance, and address gaps immediately.
• Identify, certify, and develop learning coaches.
• Lead improvement projects to enhance overall business performance.
