Training Specialist – Last Mile Operations

About the role

Amazon's Last Mile learning team is looking for a Training Specialist to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that boost employee competencies across its delivery network in Andhra Pradesh. The role supports operational excellence by ensuring associates have the knowledge and skills needed to meet Amazon’s customer‑centric standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise structured learning metrics and monitor results for assigned territories.
• Manage live performance metrics end‑to‑end for the region.
• Conduct learning sessions on new processes and BQM using ITL or digital platforms.
• Deliver continuous learning courses and ensure timely completion of new‑hire training.
• Maintain data analysis and reporting in Excel to meet business requirements.
• Partner with operations leaders to audit stations, verify process compliance, and close gaps quickly.
• Identify, certify, and develop learning coaches.
• Lead individual improvement projects to enhance business performance.
• Travel to EDSP delivery stations in Andhra Pradesh as needed.

Required profile

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Experience delivering training or informational sessions to associates and team leads.
• Fluent in English (read, write, speak).
