Training Specialist – Last Mile Learning

About the role

Amazon's Last Mile Learning team is looking for a Training Specialist to design, deliver and evaluate training programs that boost employee competencies across the last‑mile operations vertical. The role involves close collaboration with operations leaders, on‑site coaching, and travel to various stations to ensure training effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise structured learning metrics and monitor results for assigned territories.
• Manage live performance metrics end‑to‑end and conduct learning sessions on new processes and BQM via ITL or digital platforms.
• Deliver continuous learning courses, maintain data analysis reports in Excel, and ensure timely completion of new‑hire training and coaching programs.
• Partner with operations leaders to audit stations, identify compliance gaps and implement immediate fixes.
• Identify, certify and develop learning coaches; lead improvement projects to enhance business performance.
• Drive quality and learning metrics, conduct chime and classroom sessions for stakeholders, and provide daily reporting on progress.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to travel for business requirements and engage with on‑site teams.
• Experience with Training Needs Analysis and performance‑gap assessment is a plus.
