Training Manager – Retail & Digital Learning

About the role

The Training Manager will design, deliver and monitor structured learning programs for all KS Bakers retail outlets. The focus is on customer service, product knowledge, hygiene standards and SOP compliance, using the Wooqer digital platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify training needs across 30+ outlets in partnership with Operations and Area Managers.
• Create and manage micro‑learning modules, quizzes and digital SOP checklists on Wooqer.
• Track daily learning completion, compliance and task acknowledgments via dashboards.
• Coach Outlet Managers on Wooqer usage and ensure daily task compliance.
• Develop induction, job‑specific and refresher programs, including video content, visual SOPs and job cards.
• Conduct in‑person or virtual training sessions across Hyderabad zones as required.
• Drive customer service excellence through weekly Wooqer tasks, live role‑plays and feedback loops.
• Report training coverage, module completion rates, outlet compliance and performance improvements.
• Collaborate with Operations, QA and HR to align training with audits, promotions and the Buddy Program.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in Telugu, Hindi and English.
• Experience in QSR or food‑retail operations.
• Graduate or postgraduate degree in HR, Hospitality or Business.
• Certified trainer or exposure to instructional design is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Wooqer learning platform.
• Basic video editing using Canva, CapCut or equivalent tools.
• Analytical ability to monitor training effectiveness and implement corrective actions.
