Training Manager – DSF (Coimbatore)

About the role

The Training Manager will design, deliver and monitor learning programs for Field Sales Leaders (FLS) and Advisors across multiple branches in the Coimbatore region. The role focuses on improving product knowledge, recruitment capabilities and selling skills to boost regional productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a regional training architecture, publishing a monthly training calendar covering licensing, induction, selling skills, product refreshers and regulatory updates.
• Coordinate with sales leadership to ensure training initiatives are executed, tracked and aligned with business goals.
• Organise and lead launch events for new products, funds and regulatory changes, ensuring rapid and accurate knowledge transfer.
• Drive measurable productivity improvements by achieving target pass rates for refresher exams and managing performance metrics for new advisors and FLS (RCM, STAR, GSG).
• Oversee training administration, including planning, record‑keeping, expense control and compliance with internal processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs for sales or advisory teams.
• Ability to manage large, geographically dispersed teams and multiple training venues.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, especially with sales hierarchies.
• Data‑driven mindset to monitor training impact on productivity and attrition.
