Training Lead – Interview Readiness & Business Communication

About the role

QAble is seeking a dedicated Training Lead to design and deliver a comprehensive Interview Readiness & Business Communication Enablement Program. You will work closely with Resource Planning, HR, and People Experience teams to boost interview conversion rates through structured coaching and performance tracking.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs on spoken English, business communication, and interview readiness.
• Conduct classroom sessions, virtual trainings, and one‑on‑one coaching.
• Plan and execute mock interviews, providing structured feedback and improvement plans.
• Assess interview readiness, recommend participants for client interviews, and develop role‑specific preparation materials.
• Identify communication gaps, track participant progress, and maintain training documentation and scorecards.
• Prepare weekly, bi‑weekly, and monthly KPI reports for stakeholders.
• Continuously improve training content based on feedback and interview outcomes.

Required profile

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in English, Communication, Education, Human Resources, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in corporate training, soft‑skills training, business communication, L&D, or interview coaching.
• Experience in IT services, recruitment, staffing, or consulting is a plus.
