Training Coordinator II – Behavioural & Leadership Facilitator

About the role

We are seeking a Training Coordinator II who will act as a Behavioural & Leadership Facilitator. In this role you will design and deliver immersive onboarding experiences that go beyond the basics, helping new hires develop self‑awareness, leadership habits and confidence to collaborate effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Design onboarding content focused on behaviour and leadership, including workshops, reflection activities, discussion guides and take‑home tools.
• Facilitate immersive sessions that build mindsets, interpersonal skills and leadership foundations from day one.
• Partner with subject‑matter experts and team leads to capture culture, values and success behaviours.
• Translate insights into scenario‑based learning experiences grounded in real workplace situations.
• Continuously refine content based on feedback, group dynamics and evolving team needs.
• Create a psychologically safe space where new hires feel seen, challenged and set up to thrive.

Required profile

• Proven experience facilitating leadership development programs in technology, data or enterprise environments.
• Strong background in behavioural science, habit formation, growth mindset, psychological safety and self‑awareness.
• Ability to design scenario‑based, reflective and discussion‑led learning experiences.
• Comfort delivering honest, sometimes vulnerable conversations about leadership identity.
• Flexibility to shift between coaching, teaching and group dialogue modes.

Required skills

• Familiarity with behavioural frameworks such as Situational Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, DiSC, Hogan, MBTI or StrengthsFinder.
• Experience facilitating diverse, cross‑cultural audiences, especially across APAC, is a strong plus.
• Coaching qualification (ICF, Co‑Active or equivalent) is advantageous.
