About the role

The Training Coordinator will oversee the smooth delivery of training programs across multiple locations in India, ensuring optimal use of faculty, classrooms, and resources while supporting student success and placement activities.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule faculty and manage classroom and staff resource utilization
• Form batches and handle mandatory documentation for students
• Distribute courseware to learners
• Conduct student grooming inspections
• Support placement-related activities
• Manage student fee collections
• Prepare daily reports on training delivery and placements
• Oversee the student certification process
• Maintain high attendance rates and reduce drop‑outs
• Drive upselling through student referrals
• Organise timely parent‑teacher meetings
• Plan and execute student engagement activities

Required profile

• Strong organizational and administrative abilities
• Attention to detail in handling documentation and reporting
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with students, parents, and faculty
