Training Consultant – Onsite (Pune)

About the role

The Training Consultant delivers the curriculum created by the Training Manager to new and existing associates across front‑end, mid‑cycle, and back‑end revenue cycle management functions. This hands‑on, floor‑facing position blends classroom facilitation, on‑the‑job coaching, and performance feedback to accelerate learner proficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Assess learning and performance needs by partnering with business leaders, clients, and subject‑matter experts.
• Design, develop, and maintain curricula, job aids, and performance‑support resources.
• Deliver instructor‑led, virtual, and self‑paced training programs on processes, workflows, and organizational initiatives.
• Facilitate onboarding, knowledge transfer, and readiness activities to accelerate proficiency.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and implement continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to keep training content accurate and aligned with product and operational changes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Healthcare Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2‑4 years of experience designing, developing, and delivering training programs or instructional content.
• Strong verbal, written, presentation, and facilitation skills with the ability to convey complex technical information.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with learning authoring tools for e‑learning content creation.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and learning analytics.
• Knowledge of instructional design frameworks such as ADDIE or SAM.
• Ability to deliver virtual instructor‑led training and large‑scale training programs.
