About the role
GD Goenka Healthcare Academy is expanding its academic team and seeks a passionate Trainer/Lecturer to teach Operation Theatre Technology (OTT) at its Basti campus. The role involves delivering high‑quality classroom instruction and supporting students in mastering essential OT concepts.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver lecture sessions, practical labs, and assessments for OTT courses.
- Prepare teaching materials, including presentations, case studies, and evaluation tools.
- Mentor and guide students, providing feedback on performance and progress.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in operation theatre practices and integrate them into the curriculum.
Required profile
- Minimum B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Operation Theatre Technology or a closely related discipline.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; candidates with 1‑2 years of teaching or industry experience are preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in shaping future healthcare professionals.
