Trainer – Facility Management & Security

About the role

SGV Group is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Trainer in Gurugram to design and deliver training programs for its facility management and security teams. The role focuses on building skilled manpower that meets organisational standards and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and update training curricula, manuals and SOPs for facility and security operations.
• Conduct classroom sessions and on‑the‑job training across operational sites.
• Assess trainee performance through tests, observations and feedback.
• Collaborate with Operations and HR to identify skill gaps and schedule training.
• Maintain accurate training records and track completion rates.
• Review training outcomes, recommend improvements and promote a culture of safety and professionalism.

Required profile

• Proven experience in training or instruction, preferably within facility management, security services or related industries.
• Strong communication, presentation and facilitation abilities.
• Ability to design structured training content and develop manuals or SOPs.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
• Understanding of workplace safety, compliance and service‑quality standards.
• Minimum diploma or bachelor’s degree; certification in learning and development is a plus.
