Trainer – Community Education & Skills Development

About the role

The Bhual Singh Foundation is seeking a dedicated Trainer to design and deliver practical training programs for community learners in Jaunpur. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on empowering adults through skill‑building workshops, classroom sessions, and field demonstrations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop lesson plans, presentations, and hands‑on activities tailored to diverse learner needs.
• Conduct classroom and field‑based training sessions, ensuring an inclusive learning environment.
• Assess participant progress, maintain attendance records, and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with program coordinators to align training content with organizational goals.
• Mentor participants and support community outreach initiatives related to training.

Required profile

• Minimum diploma or bachelor’s degree in education, social sciences, training, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in adult education, vocational training, or community‑based teaching.
• Strong facilitation and communication abilities for learners with varied educational backgrounds.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Commitment to inclusive, non‑discriminatory practices and cultural sensitivity.
