Trainer – College Programs

About the role

Team Everest is looking for an enthusiastic Trainer to deliver college programs across Chennai and, eventually, other Indian cities. You will bring curriculum‑designed content to life, using interactive teaching methods and modern technology to engage students and boost their confidence.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct engaging classroom sessions on multiple subjects and skill areas for college students.
• Utilise presentations, videos, Canva and AI‑enabled tools to make lessons impactful.
• Motivate students, answer questions and ensure a fun learning environment.
• Support curriculum teams by refining training materials, PPTs and handouts.
• Collect and act on student feedback to continuously improve delivery.
• Travel to colleges within Chennai and, as the program expands, to other cities.
• Collaborate with Program Design and Curriculum teams to align training with learning objectives.

Required profile

• Graduate in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
• 1–5 years of experience in teaching, training or similar roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English and Tamil.
• Ability to capture student attention and convey concepts with energy.
• Adaptable teaching style to meet diverse student needs.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Familiarity with Google tools.
• Experience using Canva or similar design software.
• Knowledge of AI‑based learning tools.
