Trainee Technician

About the role
Sun Pharma is looking for a motivated Trainee Technician to join its manufacturing unit in Halol, India. The role offers hands‑on experience in operating and maintaining production equipment while ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Key responsibilities
- Perform cleaning, set‑up, operation and routine maintenance of manufacturing machines.
- Maintain GMP documentation including equipment logbooks, physical monitoring records and housekeeping logs.
- Train and guide junior staff to achieve production targets and uphold quality standards.
- Standardise production activities to improve efficiency and product quality.
Required profile
- ITI or any Diploma in a relevant technical field.
- 2 to 8 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Required skills
- Machine operation and preventive maintenance.
- GMP documentation and record‑keeping.
