TPT Clinical Hub Manager – Tuberculosis Consultant (India)

About the role

PATH is seeking a Consultant to serve as the Clinical Hub Manager for Tuberculosis Preventive Treatment (TPT) in private provider clinics across high‑burden districts in India. The role focuses on expanding access to facility‑based and home‑based TPT services for household contacts of TB patients, ensuring high initiation and completion rates in line with national guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate virtual TPT clinics and tele‑consultations at assigned private hubs.
• Manage diagnostics workflow, mobile diagnostic services, and doorstep delivery of TPT medicines.
• Oversee patient enrollment, adherence monitoring, drug dispensing, refills, and follow‑up.
• Collect and report data to national digital platforms such as Ni‑kshay and TB Arogya Saathi.
• Act as the primary liaison between private providers, district/state NTEP teams, and household contacts.

Required profile

• Experience in public health, infectious diseases, or TB program implementation.
• Familiarity with private‑sector health delivery models and community outreach.
• Ability to work independently on‑site and manage end‑to‑end service delivery.
