Tour Consultant

About the role

The Tour Consultant will work on‑site in Bhopal, creating and selling customized travel packages for leisure and corporate clients. You will guide customers through destination options, itineraries, and accommodations, ensuring a seamless booking experience from the first inquiry to post‑travel feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Design tailored tour packages and travel itineraries based on client preferences.
• Advise customers on destinations, transport options, hotels, and visa requirements.
• Coordinate bookings for flights, hotels, cars, and coaches using the company’s reservation systems.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide detailed pricing information, and manage the full booking cycle.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of travel trends, promotions, and special offers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop promotional packages and marketing materials.
• Collect post‑travel feedback to improve service quality.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of travel and tourism, with the ability to recommend suitable tour packages.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills, focused on listening and problem‑solving.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
• Basic computer literacy, including email, spreadsheets, and travel‑related software.
• Diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Required skills

• Familiarity with online booking platforms for flights, hotels, and ground transport.
