TIG Welder – Precision Cryogenic Tank Fabrication

About the role

INCRYO SYSTEMS is seeking a full‑time TIG Welder to join its Vadodara manufacturing facility. You will perform precision welding on cryogenic tanks, pressure vessels, and related components, ensuring compliance with ASME, ISO and company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate TIG welding equipment for carbon steel and stainless steel work.
• Prepare, align and fit materials according to engineering drawings and welding procedures.
• Execute TIG welds on various metals, inspect welds for quality and ASME compliance.
• Collaborate with engineers and fabrication teams to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain tools, equipment and documentation of welding activities.
• Follow all safety, quality control and ISO/OHSAS processes.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives and assist in training shop‑floor personnel.

Required profile

• Proven TIG welding experience on carbon steel and stainless steel.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints and welding symbols.
• Familiarity with pressure‑vessel or tank fabrication processes.
• Basic measurement and quality‑inspection skills.
• Knowledge of industrial safety practices, PPE usage and ISO/OHSAS standards.
• Problem‑solving mindset with ability to identify and correct welding defects.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• ITI/Diploma in Welding or Fabrication; welding certifications (e.g., ASME) are a plus.
